I had my mini tummy tuck 30 days ago. I'm still in a lot of pain; hard to walk, stand up straight. When does one get comfortable again?

I've had about 7 back surgeries and I feel that my back is in pain due to my belly fat which I have always had even before the surgeries, when I lose weight I lose some of the belly fat but not much and it helps my back pain alot, what steps should I take for getting rid of my belly fat I feel it is a medical problem due to my back pain.
